Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with key vendors (Shipping Lines, Trucking, and Coloaders).

  • Conduct regular field audits to ensure vendor facilities and equipment meet company standards.

  • Monitor vendor performance (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, cargo safety, and cost efficiency.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure competitive rates and service quality.

  • Act as a bridge between the vendor and the Field Operations team to resolve any issues at the port or warehouse.

  • Prepare monthly vendor performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement or replacement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Vendor Management or Field Operations within the logistics/shipping industry.

  • Strong knowledge of Sea Freight, Port Operations, and Inland Transport.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal); Mandarin is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel to field sites (Ports/Warehouses) frequently.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
