They are seeking a Performance Ads Specialist who is analytical, results-driven, and passionate about scaling brands through data-informed advertising strategies. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in digital ads, especially TikTok, and a deep understanding of key performance metrics.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize an average monthly advertising budget of Rp 100 million, ensuring efficient spending and high performance.
- Drive and monitor performance through key metrics such as: CTR, ROAS,GMV, and other important metrics.
- Upload new creatives weekly and collaborate with the content team to ensure variety and freshness in ad assets.
- Analyse campaign results regularly, generate performance reports, and provide strategic insights to improve future outcomes
- Ideally, has experience working with baby products, beauty brands, or supplements
✅ Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, especially with TikTok Ads, Facebook (Meta) Ads, Google Ads, and Shopee Ads
- Proven track record in managing ad budgets minimum of Rp 100 million/month or more.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Willing to work weekends if needed for campaign monitoring or launches
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and team collaboration
