Job Responsibilities

• Assist in online product marketing and promotions (e-commerce platform)

• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp and social media

• Support basic order coordination and follow-ups

• Assist in content posting (simple copy & paste, templates provided)

• Learn digital business operations and online sales systems

Requirements

• Based in Batam

• Able to use smartphone and basic apps (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)

• Willing to learn (training provided)

• Self-motivated and responsible

• No prior experience required

• Able to speak Mandarin added advantage
