Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Drive revenue growth by increasing qualified leads and supporting sales conversion
Plan quarterly and annual marketing roadmaps
2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Own and optimize digital channels:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads
Social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Drive consistent and high-quality lead generation
Monitor and optimize CPL, ROAS, and lead quality
Ensure strong integration between ads, content, and customer journey
3. Brand & Content Direction
Oversee brand tone, storytelling, and visual consistency
Lead content direction for:
Organic content
Paid campaigns
Alumni/testimonial-based content
Ensure marketing builds trust before conversion
4. Team Leadership
Lead and manage
Advertisers
Tim conten creators
Set clear targets, timelines, and performance expectations
Improve team productivity and execution quality
5. CRM
Ensure all leads are properly captured and tagged in CRM
Manage lead sources and campaign attribution
Collaborate with CS and Operations for smooth lead handover
6. Data, Reporting & Optimization
Analyze marketing performance regularly
Prepare clear reports on:
Leads
CPL
ROAS
Campaign performance
Sales-Oriented Marketing
Design campaigns that push sales and increase turnover
Support Customer Service with high-quality leads
Collaborate on promotions, seasonal campaigns, and limited-seat offers
Identify, develop, and penetrate new market segments (B2C & B2B)
Manage and grow B2B partnerships (corporate, communities, institutions, group travel, agencies)
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in the tourism / travel industry (mandatory), with a solid understanding of travel products, customer behavior, and seasonality
Strong background in digital marketing, including paid advertising (Meta, Google), social media, content strategy, and performance marketing
Strong sales and commercial mindset, with demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, sales performance, and conversion, not just brand awareness
Proven ability to design and optimize customer funnels (lead generation, nurturing, conversion, retention)
Experience in developing, managing, and growing B2B marketing initiatives and partnerships (corporate clients, communities, institutions, agents, or group travel)
Creative and strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution skills
Data-driven mindset, capable of analyzing marketing metrics (CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, revenue contribution) and turning insights into actionable strategies
Strong understanding of conversion-driven marketing and customer journey optimization
Demonstrated leadership experience, managing marketing teams or cross-functional collaboration with sales, customer service, and operations
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategies and results
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and take ownership of outcomes
High level of accountability, problem-solving skills, and execution discipline
