Trade Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Trade Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Brilliant Think Center. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative trade marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales growth. Your strategic approach and excellent communication skills will be crucial in building strong relationships with key trade partners and ensuring the successful implementation of our marketing campaigns.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing targeted trade marketing plans and campaigns to promote our products and services to trade partners

2. Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to align trade marketing initiatives with the overall business objectives

3. Negotiating and managing trade partner agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions

4. Analysing market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform trade marketing strategies

5. Monitoring and reporting on the performance of trade marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement

6. Providing training and support to trade partners to ensure effective product knowledge and sales techniques

7. Attending industry events and trade shows to network, gather market intelligence, and promote our brand

What we're looking for

1. 3-5 years of relevant experience in trade marketing or a similar field, preferably within the FMCG or Pharmaceutical or retail industry

2. Strong understanding of trade landscape and the ability to develop tailored marketing strategies

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain successful relationships with trade partners

4. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret market trends and customer insights

5. Proven track record of delivering effective trade marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand recognition

6. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

7. Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline preferred
