Area Sales Manager

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Brilliant Think Center as an Area Sales Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales performance of multiple retail stores. This is a key strategic position that will play a crucial part in the company's continued growth and success.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets across your assigned store network

2. Manage, coach and motivate a team of store managers and sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and maximise sales

3. Monitor store-level performance metrics and take corrective actions to address any issues or variances

4. Identify opportunities for process improvements and new initiatives to drive sales and enhance the customer experience

5. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless operations and execution

6. Provide detailed performance reports and insights to senior leadership

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record of 3+ years in a sales management or area management role within the retail or consumer products industry or Pharmaceutical Industry

2. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing sales teams

3. Strong commercial acumen and data analysis skills to drive evidence-based decision making

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

5. Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

6. Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
