Accounting Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Accounting Supervisor to join our team at PT Bondvast Indo Sukses. This full-time role will be based in Kabupaten Mojokerto, Jawa Timur and will play a crucial part in overseeing the company's financial operations.

Salary

IDR 8,000,000 – 12,000,000
(adjusted based on experience and capability)

What you'll be doing

1. Prepare and close monthly and annual financial statements

2. Perform regular bank reconciliations

3. Manage and monitor AP and AR transactions

4. Record general ledger and adjusting journal entries

5. Record, manage, and calculate fixed asset depreciation

6. Ensure accounting records comply with company policies and accounting standards

7. Support internal and external audit processes

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting

2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Accounting staff, preferably in General Ledger

3. Strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes

4. Able to independently prepare monthly and annual financial statements

5. Experienced in bank reconciliation

6. Understand Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR) processes

7. Able to record and calculate fixed asset depreciation

8. Familiar with accounting systems / ERP

9. Fluent in English (written and spoken)

10. Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage

11. Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage

12. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under deadlines

13. Able to work independently and as part of a team
