EXECUTIVE COORDINATOR
About the role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Coordinator to join our team at PT. Gunung Pantara Barisan, a dynamic company in the Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik industry. This is a part-time role based in Batu Raja Timur, Sumatera Selatan. In this pivotal position, you will provide vital administrative and coordination support to our senior leadership, ensuring the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and travel arrangements
Coordinating and organising team meetings and events
Preparing presentations, reports and other business documents as required
Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed
Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems to ensure efficient record-keeping
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience in an executive coordinator or similar administrative support role
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Adaptable and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
