SCM Manager
Role Summary
The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manager is responsible for undisrupted delivery to clients and to ensure Service Delivery processes are in place to meet business needs.
The SCM Manager shall develop and maintain strategic initiatives and cost reduction within the organization.
Job Description
Responsible for effectively handling transportation requirements for clients in Indonesia.
Develop strategized streamline logistics processes, perform continuous improvement activities on outbound/inbound logistic flows, cost savings, and operational efficiencies.
Ensure warehousing capacity and optimization.
Develop strategic action plans for key accounts and strives in achieving them.
Execute action plans and ensure that revenue goals are achieved that makes a positive contribution to the bottom line.
Handling any logistical issues and emergency rearrangement that may arise during service delivery and implement service recovery and improvements.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelors' Degree of Supply Chain Management or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years experiences as an SCM Manager in Supply Chain, Logistics and Warehousing operations
Preferably having experience with Unloading Bulk-Vessel activities, Supply Chain in Chemical & Fertilizer industry.
Strong experienced in dealing with customs and union labor.
Experienced in streamlining processes and work with cross departments on day-to-day operational process.
Highly goal oriented, assertive, good in numbers and a hands-on, problem solver.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient In English both spoken and written is a must, able to speak Mandarin and Hokkien will be advantageous.
Willing and / have an ability to work on high traveling intensity is a must.
Domicile / Willing to be placed in Medan, North Sumatra.
Preferrable to have own a vehicle
