PT Golden Victory Manufactures, we are part of a big company; stella Group international based in China (https://www.stella.com.hk/).
Currently, we are in the process of establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency - Central Java, which is engaged in the sports shoe industry.

Job Descriptions

• Analyze and improve efficiency of footwear production processes (cutting, stitching, assembly, finishing).

• Conduct time study, motion study, and line balancing to achieve target output and takt time.

• Develop and monitor Standard Time and capacity planning for each production line.

• Identify production bottlenecks and provide data-driven solutions.

• Implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, waste reduction).

• Collaborate with Production, QA, and Maintenance to improve productivity and quality.

• Prepare regular reports on productivity, line efficiency, and improvement recommendations.

• Support new model trials and mass production (NPI) processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing industry (footwear industry preferred). Fresh graduates are welcome.

• Strong understanding of time study, line balancing, and capacity planning.

• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement concepts.

• English is mandatory; Mandarin is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
