We are hiring on behalf of our client for an Operations Officer position. This role is suited for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles, who are highly organized, strong in follow-up, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate has good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic to intermediate English, is proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, WhatsApp, AI tools, and Canva, and is comfortable handling simple coordination in English with a willingness to continuously improve their communication skills.
Operations Officer Qualification
Bachelor’s degree
3 years and up experience in operations, admin, or coordination roles
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Comfortable multitasking in a startup environment
Good communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia, basic English)
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets / WhatsApp, AI, canva
Able to communicate in English (spoken and written) at a basic to intermediate level
Comfortable handling simple emails, messages, and coordination in English
