Finance and Accounting Officer

We are hiring on behalf of our client for a Finance & Accounting Officer position. This role is suitable for candidates with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 1–3 years of experience in accounting or payroll. The ideal candidate is familiar with bookkeeping and Indonesian payroll practices, proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, detail-oriented, honest, and organized, and able to handle basic to intermediate communication in English with a willingness to continuously improve their English skills.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 1–3 years experience in accounting or payroll

• Familiar with payroll processing and bookkeeping

• Basic understanding of Indonesian employment & payroll practices

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets

• Detail-oriented, honest, and organized

• Able to communicate in English (spoken and written) at a basic to intermediate level

• Comfortable handling simple emails, messages, and coordination in English

• Willing to continuously improve English communication skills
