Job Description:
Support the preparation and organization of quality and compliance documents
Assist in audit preparation and documentation follow-up
Help maintain orderly physical and digital records
Coordinate with internal teams to collect required information and documents
Support ongoing quality and compliance activities
Perform other related administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Detail-oriented and well-organized
Comfortable working with documents, records, and checklists
Willing to learn quality and compliance processes
Able to follow procedures and instructions carefully
Good communication and coordination skills
Experience in administrative, QA, or compliance-related roles is an advantage
