The ideal candidate will contribute with the strategic support of our people managers through performance management and workplace conflict issues to cultivate a high-performing and inclusive culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven experience leading, growing, and scaling experienced HR professionals. This position is full-time and located in our Denpasar office.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Attracting, interviewing, and selecting the right candidates to meet an organization's needs.
Defining the nature and responsibilities of positions and the skills and knowledge necessary for them.
Designing programs and procedures to ensure that all candidates, employees, and customers are treated fairly and without discrimination.
Overseeing systems that record employee data such as wages, vacations, and working hours. They supervise the daily operations of HR information systems and produce data reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Law/Psychology/Human Resource Management or equivalent degree.
Minimum three years of experience working managing HR administration.
Experience in human resource activity, including general HR Administration, Recruitment, and payroll detail.
Strong communication skills.
High-level attention to detail.
Knows how to operate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
