What you'll be doing
Assist chefs with food preparation, such as washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients
Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
Restock and rotate kitchen supplies and ingredients
Provide support to the cooking team as needed
Adhere to all food safety and health regulations
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role or graduate from culinary course is preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Passion for food and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
