Qualification :
Bachelor Degree in Logistics, or a related field.
Fresh graduate are welcome, 1 - 2 years of experience in Customer Service in Logistics Company is an advantage.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory, proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (Basic Formulas, Data Entry, Reporting)
