TUGAS & TANGGUNG JAWAB :
Mengelola booking service (telepon/online/walk-in) dan menyusun jadwal bay sesuai kapasitas teknisi & prioritas pekerjaan.
Membuat, memverifikasi, dan mengupdate WO/RO (keluhan, job list, paket servis, waktu standar).
Memastikan approval pelanggan (estimation sign-off) terdokumentasi sebelum pekerjaan dimulai/ditambah.
Menjaga kelengkapan dokumen: foto before/after (B&P), checklist QC, job card, test drive form, wheel alignment report (jika ada), disposal part critical.
Menyiapkan quotation/estimation, melakukan revisi bila ada add-on job.
Closing WO tepat waktu, pastikan labor, parts, material terposting dengan benar.
Serah terima data ke kasir/finance untuk penagihan & pembayaran.
Update dashboard harian: unit in/out, WIP, average lead time, parts status, aging WO.
Menyusun Daily Closing Report & Productivity Report (support untuk Service Manager/B&P Manager).
