Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
Menyusun dan mengetik dokumen, surat, laporan, serta email
Mengelola penerimaan dan pengiriman surat masuk maupun keluar
Melakukan pengarsipan dokumen, surat, dan laporan sesuai prosedur perusahaan
Menyiapkan kebutuhan ATK untuk atasan
Memastikan kebersihan dan kerapihan ruang kerja atasan
Melakukan proses klaim biaya operasional
Menjalankan tugas administrasi lainnya sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan
Kualifikasi:
Pendidikan minimal SMA (IPA) atau SMK Akuntansi
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 4 tahun sebagai staf administrasi
Mampu mengetik dengan cepat dan akurat
Menguasai Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, serta email
Menyukai pekerjaan yang berkaitan dengan data dan angka
Memiliki sikap sopan, disiplin, teliti, cekatan, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab
Berpenampilan rapi dan profesional
Bersedia bekerja lembur jika diperlukan
Berdomisili di sekitar Kawasan Industri Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur
