Administration Staff for Kediri Branch
Key Responsibilities :
Collect and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
Supervise and coordinate with branch offices regarding the finalization of administrative reports.
Monitor stock reports of finished goods from branch offices.
Verify administrative reports received from branch offices.
Follow up on any discrepancies between branch reports and centralized records.
Provide support for sales administration and Accounts Receivable (AR) control.
Qualifications and Requirements :
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Management.
At least one year of experience as an Administrative Staff member.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
Proficient in SAP System applications will be an added value.
Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with numbers and data.
Demonstrates integrity, diligence, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
