Management Trainee

Department Placement:

• Management Trainee – Purchasing

• Management Trainee – Engineering

• Management Trainee – Accounting

• Management Trainee – Sales

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in major Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or related fields

2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience

3. Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office for all placements

4. Familiar with AutoCAD software for Management Trainee Engineering

5. Familiar with Accurate software for Management Trainee Accounting

6. Fluent in English both written and speaking are preferable for all placements

1. Good coordination and communication skills across multiple departments.

2. Proactive, responsible, and result-oriented

3. Willing to travel to sites as required

Job Descriptions:

1.       Support daily operational tasks in Purchasing, Sales, Engineering, and Accounting departments as assigned

2.       Perform other duties related to business operations as assigned by supervisors or management

3.       Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
