Supply Chain Management Staff

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Management Staff to join our dynamic team at PT TAE YOUNG INDUSTRI INDONESIA. As a full-time employee based in Malang, East Java, you will play a crucial role in optimising our supply chain operations and ensuring the efficient movement of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Order & Logistics: Manage weekly call-off orders and coordinate with the vendor forwarder for vehicle arrangement and dispatch.

• Documentation: Packing List, Invoice, and Tax Invoices upon shipment.

• System: Manage daily/monthly closing data in the ERP system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Graduated from all majors

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supply chain management role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry

• Experience: Background in Manufacturing Logistics or B2B (Business to Business) Supply Chain Management is preferred.

• Language: English skills required (Written & Spoken).

• Skills: Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-mail proficiency.

• Work Location: Malang City – East Java

• Salary: Negotiable
