Job Descriptions :
Collect and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly account receivable (AR) reports.
Monitor and control stock reports of finished goods from branch offices.
Performing bank and petty cash reconciliation.
Entering accounting journal entries into the accounting system.
Control customer credit limits
Handle the order process up to the issuance of the invoice.
Requirements :
Minimum requirement: a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Management, or Economics.
At least one year of experience working in accounting or administrative roles.
Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
Demonstrates integrity, diligence, responsibility, and strong work ethics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with numbers and data.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Willing to relocate anywhere in Indonesia as required.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level), and SAP systems.
