About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Freelancer to play an active role in driving Pinhomes feature sales, with a primary focus on selling quotas to property agents and agencies. This is a field-based and target-oriented role that requires strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills. In the first 6 months, you are expected to make a direct impact on marketplace revenue growth and increase the number of active agents on our platform.
What You Will Do
- Drive sales for Pinhome features, specifically quota products, for both individual property agents and agencies.
- Conduct direct site visits to property offices and proactively approach agents via phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Deliver product presentations, educate users on features, and manage negotiations through to closing.
- Achieve predetermined monthly sales targets consistently.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance results.
What You Will Need

Proven experience or strong proficiency in Sales or Business Development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Must own a personal laptop and be proficient in basic tools (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, etc.).
- High enthusiasm, a fast learner, resilient, and a positive attitude with high integrity.
- Willingness to work mobile and perform field-based activities.
- Prior knowledge or experience in the property industry is a significant advantage.
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya Area
