Health & Safety Officer - Project MNC

Job Description

• Implement and monitor the Project HSE Plan in compliance with Indonesian K3 regulations, Building Management requirements, and Dow/MNC HSE standards.

• Conduct daily site inspections, toolbox meetings, and ensure strict HSE compliance in occupied office environments.

• Prepare and submit MNC-standard HSE documentation and reports, including daily/weekly HSE reports, PTW, JSA, and incident/near-miss reports.

• Coordinate HSE matters with the Project Manager, Building Management, client representatives, and subcontractors.

• Support HSE audits, inspections, and follow up on corrective actions.

Job Specifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience as an HSE Officer in corporate office fit-out, interior, and MEP projects.

• K3 Umum certification (mandatory).

• Proven track record working with multinational (MNC) clients.

• Strong ability to independently prepare audit-ready HSE reports and forms in line with MNC standards.

• Familiarity with Permit to Work systems in Grade A buildings.

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant HSE experience in corporate office fit-out, interior, and MEP projects.

• K3 Umum certification is mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience managing HSE requirements for multinational (MNC) projects.

• Ability to produce comprehensive, audit-ready HSE reports independently.

• Basic to intermediate English communication skills.
