Recruitment Consultant
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruitment Consultant to join our team at PT Elabram Systems in Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and matching top talents with client requirements across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through databases (HRIS), search engines (JobStreet, LinkedIn, and other job portals), and professional references based on client requirements.
Utilize social media and digital platforms to advertise vacancies and attract potential candidates.
Screen resumes and profiles, conduct interviews, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process from initial preparation to final offer negotiation.
Assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with client needs.
Maintain and update a comprehensive database of candidate records, including active, passive, hired, and alumni profiles.
Accurately input and update candidate information in HRIS.
Follow up with candidates during the hiring process to ensure smooth communication and engagement.
Have experience handle recruitment of top level (Head, GM, Deputy..)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (HRM or Psychology background is a strong plus).
Proficient in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
2 years+ of proven experience as a Headhunter or Recruitment Consultant, preferably in a consulting firm, agency, or outsourcing company.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and HRIS.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strive to achieve recruitment targets and contribute to the team’s overall placement objectives.
Based in Jakarta area.
MUST have experience handle recruitment for top level management.
