About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at PT Pratama Graha Semesta. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales force to achieve ambitious targets, while ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth. This is a full-time position based in Medan Kota Sumatera Utara

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential

• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions

• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, implementing improvements as necessary

• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the organisation by providing valuable insights and recommendations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the Penjualan industry

• Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team to achieve their targets

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and team members

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

• Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software

• Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing or Sales
