About the role
Blossom International School, a leading international school in Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Raya, is seeking a talented and passionate Preschool-Kindergarten and Primary Teacher to join our dynamic team. This full-time contract position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator to make a lasting impact on the lives of our young learners.
What you'll be doing
Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons that foster intellectual, social, and emotional development in preschool, kindergarten, and primary school students
Creating a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning
Assessing student progress, providing feedback, and adapting teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of each child
Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and the broader school community to support the holistic development of our students
Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your teaching practice
What we're looking for
A bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, with a specialisation in early childhood or primary education
At least 2 years of teaching experience in a preschool, kindergarten, or primary school setting
A deep understanding of child development and effective, research-based teaching methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
A passion for nurturing the growth and development of young learners, and a commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
