Job Description:
Support recruitment process such as CV screening administration, interview scheduling, and onboarding documents.
Support HR operational activities.
Manage office administration including office supplies and pantry.
Process staff claim (petrol, medical, etc)
Booking flight and hotel for staff business trip
Handle general administrative tasks related to internal Export Control.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years experience as HR Admin / HR & GA Staff (fresh graduates welcome).
Familiar with HR administration and general office operations.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
Good communication skills and able to work independently and in a team.
Proficient in MS Office.
