Job Description:
- Handle administration tasks, proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP System.
- Manage AR & AP settlement and controlling, ensure timely payments and receipts.
- Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Maintain and file financial documents, ensuring compliance and easy retrieval.
- Perform finance administration duties, including reporting and supporting financial processes.
- Assist in financial tasks and projects as required.
Job Requerement:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP System.
- Strong administration and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of AR & AP processes, settlement, and controlling.
- Ability to perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
- Attention to detail for document filing and finance administration.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3 years minimum of experience in finance or accounting role.
