Qualifications
- 1–3 years of customer service experience (eCommerce preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to de-escalate and resolve complaints professionally
- Familiarity with major eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok, Akulaku, Lazada, Blibli)
- Experience with CRM/ticketing systems
-Basic understanding of order processing, inventory systems, and shipping logistics
