Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management
Proven working experience min. 1 year in HR/GA
High level of commitment and dedication
Be able to work independently and cooperatively with all dept
Good communication in writing and verbal ( English )
Good computer literacy

Adhoc for supporting HR Manager
Administrative tasks regarding HR/GA needs
Manage HRIS (Preferably familiar with Andal system)
Monitoring employee meals (catering)
Assist Payroll Process, including BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS TK
Create budgets and distribute wages for daily workers
Develop and implement training program (ensure all employees attend scheduled training)
Training Evaluations
Monitoring first aid kit, implement good manufacturing practices,monitoring fire alarm system in Marunda site
Implementation FSSC 22000, RSPO and SJH system
