As we continue to grow rapidly in the digital landscape, we are expanding our business to offline retail stores to reach a wider audience and provide a more holistic shopping experience.

Currently we need Customer Service Specialist to help our E-Commerce.

Job Description:

- Handle customer orders including stock checking, order placement, and payment assistance.

- Provide product information, promotions, and recommendations based on customer needs.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally while highlighting product selling points.

- Record all customer interactions and transactions for tracking and reporting purposes.

- Ensure compliance with rules and policies of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada).

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as Customer Service, preferably with Shopee, TikTok, or Lazada platforms.
- Mandarin language skills are a strong plus. (Will be consider for Supervisor position)
- Proficient communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is an advantage.
- Strong customer handling, problem-solving, and service-oriented skills.
- Responsive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with regulations, policies, and features of major e-commerce platforms.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules.
- Willing to work onsite at Arcade Business Center, PIK 1
