About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced operational staff to join our team at PT SHINKA CAHAYA TIRTA'. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our retail store located in Tomang, West Jakarta, Jakarta. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our business.
What you'll be doing
Manage and oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, product display, and cash handling and product producing (kitchen).
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns
Collaborate with the management team to implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and new initiatives
Monitor and report on store performance metrics to support decision-making
Supervise and train junior staff members to maintain high standards of performance
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably experienced with barista and/or pastries background.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in inventory management, cash handling, and product handling.
Adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (Chinese and/or Japanese is a plus)
