This role is responsible for managing and executing digital strategies a cross brand, content, and e-commerce channels to strengthen brand presence, drive online visibility, and directly support sales performance.
The Digital Specialist owns day-to-day e-commerce execution and digital content operations, ensures brand consistency across all digital touch points, and works closely with cross-functional teams to support commercial Growth in fast-moving marketplace environments.
Job Responsibilities
Manage digital presence and content execution as a core function, including defining content needs, preparing creative briefs, coordinating with team design, agencies if needs, talents, and photographers, managing photoshoot execution, organizing and maintaining digital assets, ensuring all digital assets are accurate, updated, and ready for use, and aligning all content with brand positioning, campaign objectives, and e-commerce performance requirements.
Manage e-commerce operational & activities for VOLT as a core daily responsibility, including end-to-end marketplace operations, campaign planning and execution, product readiness, pricing and promotional alignment, sales monitoring, and performance optimization across all platforms. This role is directly responsible for ensuring smooth daily e-commerce execution and actively supporting, maintaining, and improving overall e-commerce sales performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Marketing, Creative, Operations, Sales, and Warehouse) and external partners to support and execute VOLT brand activities, campaigns, and commercial initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital Specialist, Digital Marketing Executive, E-commerce Executive, or similar role.
Hands-on experience working as part of an e-commerce team,managing daily operations and campaign execution.
Familiar with major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
Experience handling digital and e-commerce content execution, including coordination with creative teams, agencies, or external vendors.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and / or Google Sheets (Intermediate level) for reporting, tracking, and performance analysis.
Comfortable working with sales data, campaign results, and digital performance metrics.
Willing to work at West Jakarta
Preferred Qualifications
Experience handling digital and e-commerce activities for FMCG, beauty, or men’s grooming brands.
Experience supporting sales-driven and commercial-focused digital initiatives.
Familiar with basice-commerce and digital performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion, content performance).
Strong interest in digital content, brand execution, and e-commerce growth.
Willing to learn, adapt, and work in a dynamic digital and market place environment.
