Responsibilities:
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and procurement of office supplies (stationery and pantry).
Handle employee business travel arrangements, including tickets, accommodation, and related administration.
Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
Manage employee BPJS administration.
Maintain and manage MOUs with vendors and customers.
Manage and record cash usage for drivers.
Perform other administrative duties related to HR and office operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field
Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Admin or related administrative role.
Proficient in English; knowledge of Korean is a plus.
Well-groomed, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to maintain company confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to adapt quickly, work well in a team, and handle tasks under pressure.
