Conduct investigation and submit complaint report
Verification effectiveness CAPA report for customer complaint and NCR
Maintain CAPA and follow up effectiveness for customer complaint and NCR
Requirement
Have strong knowledge with ISO13485 (QMS), ISO14001 (EMS) and Halal management System.
Have good Interpersonal communication.
Have ability on problem solving.
Have strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
good analytical thinking and teamwork.
Min Diploma 3 / S-1 in chemical or other major, good command in english and computer literate.
Have knowledge related 5S and K3 principle.
