Job Description

  • Handling Customer Complaint

  • Conduct investigation and submit complaint report

  • Verification effectiveness CAPA report for customer complaint and NCR

  • Maintain CAPA and follow up effectiveness for customer complaint and NCR


Requirement

  • Have strong knowledge with ISO13485 (QMS), ISO14001 (EMS) and Halal management System.

  • Have good Interpersonal communication.

  • Have ability on problem solving.

  • Have strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

  • good analytical thinking and teamwork.

  • Min Diploma 3 / S-1 in chemical or other major, good command in english and computer literate.

  • Have knowledge related 5S and K3 principle.
