The role

PT. Guna Solusindo Utama (known as YARD Financial Solutions) are growing fast. We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment professional to join our team. In this full-time position based in Badung, Bali, you will play a vital role in sourcing and securing top talent to support the strategic growth of our company and valued clients.

Key responsibilities

1. Screening, interviewing and assessing applicants to identify the best fit for our company and our clients.

2. Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for a range of positions

3. Responsible for the administrative personnel in company

4. Maintaining a robust pipeline of talent through proactive sourcing and networking

5. Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires and ensuring a positive candidate experience

6. Providing recruitment data and insights to support workforce planning and decision-making

What we're looking for

1. Minimum Bachelor in psychology, HR Management, law, or related field.

2. Minimum 2 years' experience in a HR recruitment role, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organisation

3. Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices

4. Fluent in English, both writing and speaking.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels

6. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

7. Demonstrated success in sourcing, screening and selecting top talent.

8. Willing to work in our office in Ungasan, Badung, Bali.
