BTS Engineer

Job Requirement:
1、1-2 years of work experience (preferably in 4G/5G wireless network O&M or NOC); familiar with basic wireless communication principles.
2、Able to use wireless network monitoring tools; with basic wireless fault troubleshooting skills.
3、Understand basic features of wireless devices (base stations, RRU, BBU); can help handle common wireless faults (e.g., base station outages, interference).
4、Can adapt to shift work (including holidays/late nights); has emergency response awareness (e.g., follow up quickly on sudden base station faults).
5、Proficient in basic office software; can record wireless fault handling processes and communicate simply with wireless optimization and base station maintenance teams.

Job Responsibility:
1.RRU Replacement & Installation: Perform onsite replacement, installation, and commissioning of Remote Radio Unit s (RRU s) on telecommunications tower. 
2 BTS System Maintenance: Handle routine maintenance and troubleshooting of BTS tower equipment, ensuring  optimal system performance. 
3：Tower Climbing & Safety Compliance: Conduct high altitude work in accordance with industry safety standards, 
including proper use of safety harnesses, fall protection systems, and other safety gear. 
4：Equipment Testing & Commissioning: Uset est equipment to verify proper RRU functionality, signal quality, and system integration with the BTS.
5：Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of site visits, completed work, test results, and submit  detaied reports to project managers or NOC teams.: 
6：Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with field engineers, network operations centers (NOCs),
 and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
