About the role
SCI Ecommerce is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our rapidly growing team in South Jakarta. This full-time role will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
What you'll be doing
Manage the company's social media accounts across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Create and curate compelling, on-brand content to increase follower engagement and drive conversions
Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives
Analyse social media performance data and provide insights to inform future strategy
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media algorithms and best practices
Assist with the development and implementation of influencer marketing campaigns
What we're looking for
2-3 years of experience in a social media marketing or digital marketing role
Proficiency in creating and editing engaging visual content using platforms like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling social media copy
Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting social media performance data
Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
