HR Manager (Industrial Relation)

As the HR Manager, you will manage day-to-day human resources activities with a strong focus on employee engagement, compliance with labour regulations, and overall HR operations. You will serve as a strategic partner to management and employees at all levels, ensuring that HR practices are aligned with company policies and Indonesian labour laws.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee discipline.

• Ensure HR documents, letters, and reports are prepared accurately and in a timely manner, in compliance with audit requirements and Group HR standards.

• Provide practical HR analysis and insights to support workforce planning, organisational stability, and people-related decision-making.

• Work closely with local management and Group HR to ensure policy alignment while maintaining effective execution at the operational level.

• Act as the HR liaison for industrial and employment relations, maintaining constructive communication with employee representatives and supporting the resolution of workplace issues in accordance with labour regulations and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Law, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of work experience in HR, including at least 3 years in a managerial position, specifically within a manufacturing or operational environment.
