What you'll be doing:
Prepare and facilitate training session (technical and non-technical training programs), including training materials, participants, upgrading, time, and place of training.
Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare post-training reports and improvement recommendations. Maintain accurate training records, databases, and documentation.
Organize and monitor training execution at Head Office and branches.
Handling Learning Management System (LMS)
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for both hard and soft skills.
Creating learning content (video, design visual, etc).
What we're looking for:
Candidate at least a bachelor's degree in Educational Technology/Psychology/related.
Preferably 2–3 years of experience within the finance/banking/multi-finance industry.
Multimedia skills, including creating designs for posters, banners, videos, training materials using canva/potoshop/others.
Experience in training or public speaking, and experience delivering educational materials to large audiences.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good communication skills, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
Required language: English (spoken & written)
Placement in Head Office: Jakarta Pusat.
