Villa Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain property listings on Booking.com and Airbnb

• Monitor and respond to guest messages and inquiries

• Coordinate daily operations of a 5-bedroom property

• Assist with purchasing supplies

• Coordinate property maintenance with on-site staff

• Report directly to the property owner

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Booking.com and Airbnb

• Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory

• Basic digital marketing skills (minimum: Canva)

• Full-time, on-site position in Kerobokan (no remote or hybrid work)

• Experience using MOKA POS will be an advantage

• Bali-based candidates will be prioritized
