Branch Manager, Surabaya

Qualifications:

·       Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.

·       Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics/expedition/distribution industry, including 2 years as branch leader or operational function.

·       Demonstrated leadership, planning, and execution of local business strategies.

·       Able to communicate effectively with customers, subordinates, and superiors.

·       Accustomed to working with revenue targets and SLA.

·       Understanding of logistics systems, delivery operations, billing, and branch financial administration.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Select, train, develop, and motivate a team of subordinates consisting of operations, sales, customer service, billing, collections, finance, and accounting to achieve express station efficiency and effectiveness.

·       Control and effectively utilize the workforce through planning, organizing, and scheduling to achieve time efficiency and compliance with capital and operating budget plans.

·       Ensure all branch activities run smoothly.

·       Develop and monitor branch progress in achieving short and long-term targets.

·       Plan and develop branch operational objectives to achieve station/branch efficiencies and optimize the use of resources.

·       Control and monitor subordinates and station operations work to meet company standards and customer expectations.

·       Maintain cost efficiency of station operations by utilizing available resources.

·       Monitor station performance reports by conducting internal audits of vehicles, packages, and other operations.

·       Meet targets for service performance and branch revenue plans to support company revenue targets.
