EXPORT STAFF (SEA FREIGHT)

Qualifications:

• Experience in handling export–import processes for Sea Freight

• Strong knowledge of Sea Freight export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.)

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and highly accurate in documentation

• Able to coordinate with shipping lines, forwarders, PPJK/customs brokers, and internal teams

• Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple shipments

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and maintain Sea Freight export documents

• Coordinate and monitor Sea Freight shipments from booking until final destination

• Liaise with shipping lines, forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth export operations

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all export documentation
