QC Officer (Ciherang)

Job Descripton Summary :

Supervise and verify the implementation of the Quality and Food Safety Management System in the factory, starting from raw materials, production processes to final products to ensure that they always comply with the standards.

Job Description : 

• Supervise and verify the implementation of the factory Quality and Food Safety System so that the products produced comply with company standards

• Monitor the implementation of improvement recommendations for the Quality and Food Safety System.

• Conduct periodic checks on reports provided by QC analysts for microbiology, incoming material, and in process control and report them to the QC Section Head.

• Conduct inspections and collect data related to product complaints and collect data related to product complaints for follow-up corrective actions.

• Review the calibration program for quality measuringinstruments and supervise its implementation and follow-up of the results obtained.

• Conduct trial runs with the R&D department in the product development process and packaging, as well as verify products during the trial.

• Supervise and verify production process analysis and laboratory results related to Toll In according to the company’s Quality Plan and SOP.

• Review and verify stok opname (inventory check) reports and OPEX realizations according to the approved budget.

• Coordinate, implement, and evaluate the 5R and safety program to ensure work safety, cleanliness, and comfort in the work environment.

Job Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Nutrition, Chemistry, or related fields.

• Good knowledge of Food safety and Quality Management concepts.

• Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001 & ISO 22000, Halal Assurance System (SJH).

• Knowledge of product processes and understanding off bottled drinking water (AMDK) and/or Carbonated Beverages.
