About the role
As General Affairs, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily office operations at Hafen Logistik Nusantara, managing facilities and assets, coordinating with vendors, and supporting internal administration and manpower needs to maintain an efficient working environment.
What you'll be doing
Maintain and control company assets and inventory
Handle procurement of office supplies and operational needs
Coordinate with vendors (e.g. building management, etc.)
Manage general administration and company documentation
Support internal needs such as meetings, events, and office activities
Assist with employee recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies, contacting candidates, and arranging interviews
What we're looking for
Minimum education: High School / Vocational School (SMA/SMK or equivalent)
Able to manage office facilities, assets, and daily operational needs
Capable of coordinating with vendors, external parties, and manpower sources
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
