Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, forwarding, or warehouse operations
Strong communication skills (both internal and external – verbal & written)
High initiative, positive attitude, professional manners, and ability to work under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word; pivot tables & basic formulas are a plus)
Available to join immediately (ASAP)
Scope of Work:
Receive delivery instructions from customers, inform the internal team, and arrange delivery of goods
Check inventory, calculate needs, and inform relevant departments of shortages
Ensure goods are delivered in good condition according to schedule and shipping
documents
Collect shipping documents, input GR into the system, and review before submission to
relevant departments
Monitor shipments according to schedule and delivery instructions
Coordinate with relevant parties throughout the logistics process
Prepare, check, and process shipments for domestic and export deliveries
Enter shipping documents into the system
