We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Contract Administrator to manage, monitor, and maintain all company contract documents in a systematic and well-structured manner.
This role requires strong administrative skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to communicate in Mandarin for daily coordination related to contract documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and archive all office contracts (lease agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, etc.)
Monitor contract validity and ensure proper tracking of expiry dates
Prepare periodic reports on contract status
Coordinate with HR, Legal, Finance, regarding contract documentation
Prepare administrative drafts and supporting documents related to contracts
Maintain proper filing systems for both hardcopy and softcopy documents
Provide general administrative support for office operations
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in administrative roles (experience handling contract documents is preferred)
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory
Detail-oriented, organized, and systematic in document filing
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Good communication skills
Able to work independently and in a team
Basic understanding of legal/contract documents is an advantage
