Membuat OE, Menyusun RAB rinci, dan Support data untuk Budgeting
Menyiapkan dokumen tender termasuk BQ dan evaluasi penawaran dari kontraktor
Menyiapkan dan mengevaluasi VO
Koordinasi dengan kontraktor maupun tim project terkait dalam memastikan project
Kualifikasi:
S1 Teknik Sipil
Pengalaman sebagai Quantity Surveyor Min. 5 Tahun di Developer Property
Menguasai MS. Office terutama Excel & Autocad
Pengalaman dalam konstruksi landed
Memiliki kemampuan Negosiasi dan analisis biaya
Kemampuan dalam membaca gambar teknis & pengetahuan project
