HR Generalist Section Head
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or equivalent.
2. 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a Supervisory role.
3. Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes (recruitment, training compensation & benefit, and employee relations).
4. Good knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR policies.
5. Ability to handle multiple HR functions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
6. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
7. Detail-oriented, organized, and problem-solving oriented.
8. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS.
